Exchange Policy
At IDJ, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a different design, size, or style, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions.
3.1 Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging — IDJ gift box, anti-tarnish pouch, tags, and invoice — must be intact.
- Exchange is available for products of equal or higher value. For higher-value items, the price difference must be paid.
3.2 Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customised or personalised jewellery (name engravings, initials, custom designs).
- Items purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or special promotional events marked as 'Final Sale'.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) — unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Products with visible signs of wear, resizing, or tampering.
3.3 Exchange Process
- Raise an exchange request via email at exchange@iswardayaljewellery.com or WhatsApp within 15 days.
- Our team will review the request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our warehouse address. Kindly write the RMA number on the package.
- Once received and inspected, we will dispatch your replacement item within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping charges for sending the item back to us are to be borne by the customer. IDJ will ship the replacement item at no extra shipping cost.
3.4 Quality Check
All exchanged items undergo a thorough quality inspection upon receipt. If the returned item is found to be damaged, worn, or tampered with, the exchange will be rejected and the item returned to the customer.
3.5 Exchange for Store Credit
- If your desired product is out of stock, we can convert the exchange into IDJ Store Credits.
- Store Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any purchase on our website.
