5.1 General Terms

• This website is operated by IDJ (Ishwar Dayal Jewellery), registered in India.
• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5.2 Product Information

• All jewellery on our website is made of 925 Sterling Silver unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly vary from the actual product due to photography lighting and screen settings.
• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions; however, we do not warrant that all information is error-free.
• Weights and dimensions mentioned are approximate and may vary slightly in hand-crafted pieces.
• Hallmark and purity certifications will be provided with every purchase as applicable.

5.3 Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD is available on orders up to  ₹5,000 for select pin codes.
• In case of payment failure, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days.

5.4 Order Placement & Cancellation

• Orders once placed are confirmed via email/SMS. Please review all details before placing the order.
• Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement (before the item goes into processing).
• To cancel, email us at support@iswardayaljewellery.com with your order ID.
• Orders that are already packed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5.5 Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including logos, product images, descriptions, graphics, and videos — is the exclusive property of IDJ.
• No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

5.6 User Conduct

• Users must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on our platform.
• Creating fake accounts, submitting false reviews, or manipulating prices is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations.

5.7 Limitation of Liability

• IDJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party courier delays, payment gateway failures, or cyber incidents beyond our control.

5.8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Begusarai, Bihar, India.
• We encourage customers to contact us before escalating any matter to legal proceedings.

5.9 Warranty

• All IDJ silver jewellery comes with a 6-month manufacturing warranty against defects.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
• Oxidised and antique-finish jewellery may naturally change over time — this is not a defect.

5.10 Promotions & Discount Codes

• Discount codes and coupons are for one-time use unless stated otherwise.
• Offers cannot be clubbed with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly permitted.
• IDJ reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time.
• Fraudulent use of discount codes will result in order cancellation and account suspension.

5.11 Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order.
• Customers must care for their silver jewellery as per the care instructions provided.
• IDJ is not responsible for tarnishing or damage resulting from improper care.
