Shipping Policy

IDJ (Ishwar Dayal Jewellery) is dedicated to delivering your precious silver jewellery safely, securely, and on time. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

2.1 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across all states and Union Territories of India.
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Please contact us for availability and rates.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid residential or office address is required.

2.2 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during festive sale periods may take additional 1–2 days.
  • Customised or engraved jewellery requires 5–10 business days for preparation before dispatch.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2.3 Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 2–4 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days.
  • During festive seasons (Diwali, Dhanteras, Akshaya Tritiya, etc.), delivery may take 2–3 additional days.

2.4 Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all orders above  ₹999.
  • A flat shipping fee of  79 is applicable on orders below  ₹999.
  • Express / Priority Shipping (Next Day / 2-Day) is available at  ₹149 extra for select pin codes.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to  ₹5,000 with an additional charge of  ₹50.

2.5 Packaging

  • All jewellery is carefully packed in IDJ branded gift boxes with anti-tarnish pouches.
  • Items are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in tamper-evident shipping cartons.
  • Gift wrapping is available at a nominal charge of  ₹49 — please select this option at checkout.

2.6 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order on our website under 'My Orders' or directly on the courier partner's website.
  • Our logistics partners include: Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, India Post, and Xpressbees.

2.7 Failed Delivery & Re-Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.
  • Please ensure the delivery address, phone number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order.

2.8 Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, do NOT accept it. Reject the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If the package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and resolve within 7–10 business days.
  • IDJ is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, customs clearance, or other force majeure events.
