Tarnishing is a natural chemical reaction that occurs when silver is exposed to sulfur and moisture in the air. It is not a sign of poor quality. With proper care and regular cleaning, your silver will maintain its brilliant shine.
Orders & Shipping
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.), 4–7 business days for Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities, and 7–12 business days for Remote/Rural Areas. During festive seasons (Diwali, Dhanteras, Akshaya Tritiya, etc.), delivery may take 2–3 additional days due to high courier volumes.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can use this ID on our website or our delivery partner's portal to see real-time updates.
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders up to ₹5,000 for most pin codes across India. A nominal fee of ₹50 is applicable for COD orders.

We recommend storing your jewellery in the airtight anti-tarnish bags and the IDJ gift box provided with your purchase. Keep individual items separate to avoid scratches.
