Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of every piece we craft. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.
4.1 Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- For non-defective items, returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused and in original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original IDJ packaging with all tags, invoice, and accessories.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or engraved jewellery pieces.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) — unless received damaged or defective.
- Items that have been resized, repaired, or altered by a third party.
- Items purchased during non-returnable sale events (clearly labelled at the time of purchase).
- Free gifts, bonus items, or promotional giveaways.
4.3 Return Process
- Contact our support team within the return window at returns@iswardayaljewellery.com or call +91 87594 87596.
- Share your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
- Our team will verify and issue an RMA number within 24–48 business hours.
- Ship the product to our warehouse with the RMA number clearly mentioned.
- Once received, we inspect the item within 2–3 business days and initiate the refund.
4.4 Refund Process & Timeline
- Prepaid Orders (UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking): Refund processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Wallet / Store Credit Refunds: Processed within 24–48 hours.
- COD Orders: Refund via NEFT/UPI to the bank account details provided by you. Processed within 7–10 business days.
- The original shipping charge (if any) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4.5 Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing video or clear photographs as proof.
- IDJ will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you and send a replacement or initiate a full refund.
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders as it protects you in case of disputes.
4.6 Refund Cancellations
Once a refund has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled. IDJ reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria.
